South AfricaAt 33, Wandile Gwavu is South Africa’s youngest domestic franchise coach and has already won the Cricket SA Coach of the Season award after leading the Lions to the 4-Day title.
In three years, Gwavu rose from coaching the Lions Under-19s to assisting Lawrence Mahatlane at the SA Under-19s , and later became Enoch Nkwe’s assistant at the Imperial Lions at Imperial Wanderers Stadium.
