We are a multidisciplinary medical team, with a holistic approach on patient care. We consist of 11 practitioners, namely, Optometry; Chiropractics; Podiatry; Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber; Sports Physician (Doctor); Orthotist and Prosthetist; Biokinetics; Psychology and Physiotherapy. Our aim is to bridge the gap between the elite and amateur sportsperson.
The WSMC was established in 2016, and we were the first Sports Medical Center within a Cricket Stadium in South Africa.

The Yoga Experience was established in June 2003, made up of a group of men and women that are crazy about yoga and all things concerned with the awakening of higher consciousness. We teach Yoga. Hot Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Yin Yoga and strength & core classes. We were the first Hot Yoga Studio in Johannesburg and evolved into a multi styled yoga venue.
