The South African all-rounder joined the Gauteng based team in 2018 and during the course of the season, he was selected for the SA A squad that toured India.
He later represented Cape Town Blitz’s squad for the first edition of the Mzansi Super League T20 tournament and shortly thereafter was named in the squad for the Durban Heat team for the 2019 Mzansi Super League tournament.
His contract was renewed when the Imperial Lions announced their squad in April 2021.
